Hog Slats and Beams

We have been making hog slats since 1971.  Some of those earliest ones are still in use today.  Todays slats are 4x10 gang slats.  Our slat is 5" thick.  Many of our competitors are only 4".  We use 1/2" grade 60 rebar in our slats and 5/8" in our beams.  We emphasize quality in our products that you can depend on for years to come.

Cattle Slats and Beams

Our cattle slats are 6.5" thick to handle the weight and live loads that cattle can put out.  Cattle slats can be ordered in broomed or grooved textures.  Many producers put a rubber floor on the slats for cattle comfort.  Cattle buildings can be designed with extra storage for manure on ends or one side.

Cattle beams are 13.5 inches tall ( for 20" total with slat) and come in 12' and 12'8" lengths.

Feed bunks available as well, including options for fork pockets for easier removal if nessary.

Feed Bunks (Straight Back)

Our straight back bunks are 3' tall and 3' deep.  The bottoms are flat so no critters can nest under them.  The ends are cast in as one piece with the bunk.  We have made custom height front and back walls.  Optional fork pockets for easier bunk removal.

We sell 2 types of posts, one is for cable style fence and one is for guardrail style fence.

Feed Bunks ( Angle Back)

Our angle back bunks come in 10' lengths.  There are 3 legs styles to choose from: Long ( runs the 10' way), Short ( runs the 3' way) and no legs.  Ends are a seperate piece that is bolted onto the bunk.
