Decorative Concrete
Precast Concrete Decks
We make raised precast decks. They come standard in a broom finish, but are available in stamped as well. They can be colored or left the natural grey. Patterns available are wood plank, heavy stone, brick and slate.
Standard sizes include 12x16, 16x16, 16x24, 16x32, 16x20, 20x24 and 20x32. Custom sizes and shapes, too. Our largest single piece is 8x20.
Decks are typically set on our concrete beams, which span between sets of pillars. We have set on custom steel beams and also on foundation walls.
Roof supports for covered decks and three season porches can be built on our decks. They will hold hot tubs too.
Areas need to be clear overhead for installing with crane. No trees or power lines too close to site.
Textures: wood plank, heavy stone seamless, ashlar slate, brick, cobblestone and broomed.
Colors: walnut, chestnut, wheat, deep charcoal, stone gray and smoke
Precast Steps
We make precast steps. Our steps come in three widths: 48, 64, and 72. We can make them up to 5 risers high (35"). Each riser is 7 inches high and 12" deep.
Top platform options are none (12" tread). 36, or 48. Steps in front of doors that open out should have 48 platforms. Steps leading to decks usually have no platform.
Very limited ability for custom sizing.
Steps may be stamped to match our decks or for stand alone looks. Standard finish is broomed.

Precast Walls
We make precast walls for both buildings and for retaining walls. This house is made from 20' high stamped precast walls that go from the footings to the rafters. These were made here in Chandler and then hauled out to Deadwood, SD! The interior was firred with wood insulated with spray foam and sheetrocked.
Walls can be for whole house, basement only, or for large buildings.
Walls available in uninsulated and insulated (sandwich panels). Sandwich panels are more suited to insulated shops and commercial spaces with exposed conduit for wiring.
